Scientific Partners

The research centre BRICS is a co-operation between the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research and the Technische Universität Braunschweig.

BRICS is part of the translation alliance Lower Saxony (TRAIN) and, in this way, closely linked to other biomedical research centres in the region of Braunschweig and Hanover.  The BRICS members are partner in many national and international scientific co-operation projects. In application-oriented projects, BRICS members co-operate both with small and medium enterprises and large companies.

Funding by the federal state Lower Saxony

The construction of the BRICS building on the TU campus is funded equally by the Technische Universität Braunschweig and the ferderal state Lower Saxony.
